Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us through our inquiry and booking forms, or when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- The service you are interested in and any preferred appointment date
- Details you include in your message, such as the occasion or fit issues
- Measurements taken during a fitting, held solely to make and adjust your garments
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and arrange appointments
- To prepare quotes and produce or alter your garments
- To contact you about work already in progress
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.
Third parties
Our site embeds a Google Maps frame so you can find the studio, and links to our profiles on Google, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and Yelp. Those services have their own privacy policies. A video on this site loads from YouTube only after you click play, so no YouTube cookies are set unless you choose to watch it.
Retention
Inquiry details are kept only as long as needed to serve you. Measurement records are kept so that repeat commissions do not require starting from scratch — ask us at any time and we will delete them.
Your choices
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Call (916) 890-6206 or write to us at the studio address and we will action it.
