The terms under which we take commissions and carry out alterations.

Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this site are indicative and depend on cloth, construction and detailing. Your quote is confirmed at consultation, before any cutting begins. We will not vary an agreed price without discussing it with you first.
Deposits
Bespoke commissions require a deposit before cloth is cut. Because each garment is made to your measurements, deposits on cut cloth are non-refundable. Alterations are payable on collection.
Fittings and timelines
Bespoke garments typically take four to six weeks and include two to three fittings. Timelines depend on you attending scheduled fittings. Rush work may be available — discuss your date with us before ordering.
Alterations
We inspect every garment before quoting. Where a garment is fragile, previously altered or of a construction that limits what can be achieved, we will tell you before starting. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for wear revealed during work.
Collection
Please collect finished garments within 90 days. We will contact you before that period ends. Garments left beyond 180 days without contact may be disposed of.
Satisfaction
If a finished garment does not fit as agreed, bring it back and we will correct our work at no charge. This does not cover changes in your measurements after final fitting, or a change of mind about an agreed style.
